Wu Dawei, was born on 20th, November, 1971. He studied Wushu with his father from a young age and devotes himself to the study of Bajiquan.

Wu Dawei has gone to abroad to teach alongside his father. He knows the theory of Bajiquan and obtained excellent achievements many times in national Bajiquan invitation matches. In recent years, Wu Dawei and Master Wu Lianzhi recorded tens of teaching discs on Bajiquan. He assisted Master Wu Lianzhi to publish writings on Bajiquan. Wu Dawei is one of the greatest among the eighth generation heirs in current Mengcun.
